A 29-year-old Bedford woman is accused of attempting to breaking into a Baldwin Road apartment in Yorktown, said.
Barbora Scuderi was charged with second-degree attempted burglary, a felony, when she was arrested on April 21 at about 10:37 a.m.
When police responded to a report of the residential burglary in progress, they located and detained the defendant. Investigation revealed the woman unlawfully entered the apartment with the intent to commit a crime therein, police said.
Scuderi was released on $10,000 cash bail and was scheduled to appear in on April 26.
