A 57-year-old North Salem man was arrested for forcibly touching a 19-year-old woman, state police troopers in Somers said.
Mark P. Bernardini, a therapist who works out of his North Salem home as well as a Bronxville office, was charged with forcible touching, a misdemeanor.
Police said the woman alleged the sexual contact occurred in May at the man's house where she was receiving therapy.
Bernardini is scheduled to appear in town of North Salem Court on Monday, June 10.
