A 16-year-old Mohegan Lake teen is facing a sexual abuse charge in Yorktown for placing a female's hand on his penis, police said.
The arrest stems from a June 21 complaint from the victim who reported to police that the teen placed her hand on his penis for sexual gratification. Both were at the New Chalet complex in Mohegan Lake.
The teenage boy, whose name police did not release, was charged with second-degree sexual abuse, a misdemeanor.
He was arrested at his home on July 9 and transported to police headquarters. He was later released and scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on July 23.
