Michael D. Freal, 49, faces four felony drug charges.
Undercover with the Westchester County Drug Taskforce, Yorktown officers purchased drugs from him at his home at 3122 Gomer St. twice in February, police said.
He was arrested by Carmel police on drug charges unrelated to Yorktown, police said, and turned over to Yorktown on May 6.
