Jose L. Valdovinos, 42, of Mamaroneck, is due in Somers Town Court Jan. 7 to answer a charge of driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor.
New York State police in Somers arrested Valdovinos on Route 139 after he drove his car off the roadway and disabled it.
The investigating officers found VALDOVINOS to be intoxicated, with a BAC of .13%. He was issued an appearance ticket.
