On March 6, 2014 at about 3:29 a.m., State Police from the Somers barracks arrested Errol A. Fernandes, 23, of Yorktown, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Because he had had a previous conviction in the last 10 years, the charge is a Class E Felony.
Fernandes was found to be intoxicated as police conducted an accident investigation on Mahopac Avenue.
His Blood Alcohol Content registered .16%, two times the legal limit of intoxication, police said.
Fernandes was arraigned before the Town of Bedford Court and sent to Westchester County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail, police said.
