Erratic Driving Leads to DWI, Traffic Charges

A Yorktown 21-year-old is due in Town Court Aug. 19 to answer charges of driving while intoxicated and failure to keep right. 

Police Officer Paul Grieve was on patrol at 2:30 a.m. July 19 when he observed a car being driven erratically.

After the traffic stop the driver was arrested. She was released without bail to a family member, police said.
