Cortlandt Man, 58, Charged with Public Lewdness in Yorktown

A 58-year-old Cortlandt Manor man is due in Yorktown Town Court next month to answer charges that he exposed himself to women who walked by him, police said.

Police said they received a report on May 24 that a man – identified as Rocco Foglia –  was seen walking around a parking lot on Strang Boulevard in Yorktown, "wearing women's clothing and fondling his genitals as women walked by."

When a police officer got to the scene, Foglia was located in his vehicle. Following an investigation, he was arrested and charged with public lewdness, a misdemeanor.

Foglia was released without bail and scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on June 25.
