A 48-year-old woman is facing criminal charges for menacing another person with a glass bottle and allowing under age drinking at her home, Yorktown police said.
Claire Kerrigan was charged with second-degree menacing and second-degree criminal nuisance, misdemeanors.
Police said they investigated a domestic dispute on June 9 after the victim told police Kerrigan menaced her with a glass bottle. Police said the argument ensued because the woman had allowed under age drinking at her home on Fox Meadow Road.
Kerrigan was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on June 13.
