Cops: Yorktown Man, 62, Assaults and Chokes Family Member

A 62-year-old Yorktown man is facing a felony charge for assaulting and choking a family member during a domestic dispute, police said. 

Dominic Quatrocci was arrested on Sept. 8 at his Hanover Home. He was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony; third-degree assault and criminal obstruction of breathing, both misdemeanors. 

In addition to Quatrocci assaulting and choking a family member, he also damaged a cell phone, police said. The man was arraigned before a judge on Sept. 9 and he was remanded to the Westchester County Jaii in lieu of $3000 cash bail. 

Quatrocci is due in Yorktown Town Court on Oct. 22.
