A 27-year-old Yonkers man was also arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear for a scheduled court appearance in Yorktown Town Court in reference to a violation of probation charge.

Westchester County Police learned of the warrant when they stopped Timothy M. Feeley on the Cross County Parkway on an unrelated incident. Feeley was transported to Yorktown Police headquarters where he was arrested.

The man was remanded to the Westchester County Jail on $1,000 bail. He was scheduled to appear in court on March 26.

The reason I was arrested on a bench warrant is because Yorktown was too stupid to accept my address change from Yorktown to Yonkers and I was unaware of my court date. When arriving at the police department detective shannahan told me how since I gained weight I no longer looked like a crack head when I never was. Now is this how justice should be handled?
