A 23-year-old Bronx man has been charged with second-degree criminal contempt and third-degree assault, state police said.
Marcos Medina was arrested on Nov. 22 after Westchester County notified state troopers that Medina and his girlfriend had brought his mother to the Westchester Medical Center.
Police conducted interviews and revealed the man had a physical altercation with another person and that he was currently in violation of an order of protection, police said.
