BJ's Wholesale Club Manager Steals $882

The 40-year-old Mohegan Lake woman had conducted fraudulent merchandise returns between March 2013 and October 2013 while working as a manager at the store.

A 40-year-old Mohegan Lake woman, who worked as a store manager at BJ's Wholesale Club in Yorktown, is due in court next month to answer charges that she stole $882.82, police said. 

Police said the woman conducted fraudulent merchandise returns amounting to $882.82 in stolen cash from the store between March 2013 and October 2013 while working there as a manager.

She was arrested on Nov. 15 and charged with petty larceny, a misdemeanor. 

The woman was processed at police headquarters and later released. She was scheduled to appear in Yorktown Town Court on Dec. 12.
