Victoria Hoffman, 84, Dies After Battle with Leukemia

Victoria "Vicky" Hoffman, of Somers, died Friday, Feb. 8 at New York Weill Cornell Hospital following a valiant battle with leukemia. She was 84.
Hoffman was born Sept. 5, 1928 in New Rochelle. She was an avid tennis player, loved Bocce, walking, ping pong, rummikub, bowling, crocheting and knitting.
She was predeceased by her devoted husband, Les in 1987.

Hoffman is survived by her beloved children: Linda (Michael) Summo of Somers, and Paul Hoffman of Somers, and her granddaughter, “the light of her life”: Jessica Summo (Eric) Kingsbury of Mahopac; and her brother, Guido Zambernardi of Port Chester. She was also predeceased by her brothers: Peter and Anthony.
Friends may visit on Tuesday, Feb.12 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Clark Associates Funeral Home, 4 Woods Bridge Road in Katonah.

The Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 13 at St. Joseph's R.C Church, 10 Croton Falls Road in Croton Falls. Burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne.
