Middle School Principal Comes Home
It is no surprise that new Mahopac Middle School Principal Vincent DiGrandi already feels comfortable in his new work environment. A 1989 Mahopac High School graduate, Mr. DiGrandi is excited to be back working in his hometown.
“I may live in Bethel, Connecticut now,” he says, “but when someone asks where I’m from, the answer is Mahopac.” Being the Mahopac Middle School principal, he says, “is a homecoming of sorts.”
Mr. DiGrandi most recently was the Fishkill Plains Elementary School principal in Wappingers Central School District. “Prior to that, I was a middle school principal and a high school assistant principal,” he says.
