Nation’s Leading Small Business Association Recognizes Katz’ Support of Small Business Agenda, Strong Voting Record

Assemblyman Steve Katz is proud to announce that the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) has endorsed his candidacy for reelection.

NFIB based their support on Dr. Katz’ position and voting record on small-business issues. The endorsement comes from the NFIB/New York SAFE (Save America’s Free Enterprise) Trust, the political action committee for NFIB/New York’s membership. The endorsement places considerable grassroots support from New York State small businesses behind the Katz campaign.

Stephen Katz has long been a great proponent of small business in the Legislature,” said NFIB/New York State Director Mike Durant. “Assemblyman Katz has stood with small business to help enact two consecutive fiscally responsible budgets and stress the need to focus on reducing the cost of doing business. We look forward to continuing to work with the Assemblyman to put New York on the path to economic revitalization,”

Dr. Steve Katz currently serves the 99th Assembly district and is running for reelection to this seat, which has been redistricted as the 94th. Small business owners and their families are an essential element of the electorate.
