Fourth grader David Parra-Ramirez, who attends Putnam-Northern Westchester BOCES program at Lincoln Titus Elementary School, has been named a student of distinction, according to a post by Putnam Northern Westchester BOCES.
Parra-Ramirez, of Bedford, said he enjoys "working hard and trying my best" when he goes to school every day.
