Whole Food Cooking Simplified

Have
you ever wondered how to prepare healthy food for you and your family without
feeling exhausted and overwhelmed?  Join
two Board Certified Holistic Health Coaches, Karen Rigney and Alyson Chugerman
as they guide you around the kitchen in this two hour workshop.  Although participants will not actually be
cooking, they will be given simple, fast, delicious recipes full of real, whole
food and will have the opportunity to taste some of these recipes.  Emphasis will be place on how to stock your
kitchen for easy preparation, finding foods that give you energy and are in
season, identifying plant-based protein dishes that create health and allow
cutting back on animal-based foods.  The
discussion will also cover the healing energy that raw or vegan diets provide
as well as the most common genetically modified food and non GMO
alternatives.  A Q&A session will
follow.
