Podium Power is a free interactive workshop on the art of public speaking,
which will provide expert training for individuals who want to improve their
ability to speak powerfully in front of an audience.
Participants will learn
how to organize their material, speak persuasively, and master the non-verbal
delivery skills that convey authority and confidence.
The program will address:
• Structuring your material clearly and concisely
• Getting comfortable with your unique communication style
• Identifying your strengths and weaknesses
• Learning the do's and don’ts of body language
• Conquering nervousness
Led by Dana Rubin,
president of Rubin & Co., a speechwriter and presentation coach in in New
York City. Dana has more than 20 years of experience helping speakers in the
corporate, non-profit, and political sectors.
