Maintaining good nutrition and
healthful dietary practices can promote a sense of well-being while possibly
risk for the progression or recurrence of cancer, whether you are newly
diagnosed, receiving treatment or a cancer survivor. This presentation will
focus on the practical aspects of nutrition and lifestyle strategies for
optimizing wellness in cancer care.

meals that utilize “foods that fight”;  Shopping tips and tools to make meal
planning easy and convenient; How to select products and prepare food to enhance

M.S., R.D. CDN has more than 15 years of professional experience,. She has been
a clinical staff member at top-ranked university medical centers and Nutritional
Coordinator at two regional cancer centers.  She is also the founder of
Nutrition Therapy and Education Services based in Westchester County,
NY.
