One of the highest priced house currently on the market in Yorktown is a home located at 1380 Hunterbrook Rd., according to AOL Real Estate reports .

The four-bedroom, four-bath single family home was built in 1945 and it's located on a 4.09-acre property. It is being sold for $1,699,900 through Cathy Duff-Poritzky from Coldwell Banker. 

A gated entry and gravel drive leads to the farmhouse style home, which has been restored. The home features painted murals, wide plank flooring, antique mantel on dual sided fireplace, gourmet kitchen with soapstone and marble counters. There are French doors everywhere in the home, according to posted information for the listing. The home is also located on landscaped property with a private pond and heated pool.
