Hilltop Hanover Farm Offers Thanksgiving Vegetable Box

Creating a seasonal, local Thanksgiving table doesn't have to mean running around to many markets for your ingredients. Save yourself some trips and get all the vegetables you need in one place, in one box. Hilltop Hanover Farm grows seasonal favorites and has conveniently boxed up enough veggies for side dishes to serve four people all for $45. Limited availability – order early. 

To order your Thanksgiving Vegetable Box for pick-up on Nov. 20, download the order form and drop to the office; call 914-962-2368; or email info@hilltophanoverfarm.org by Monday, Nov. 19 at 12 p.m. The box will contain seasonal favorites including: potatoes, carrots, butternut squash, onions, leeks, turnips, celeriac (celery root), cauliflower, brussels sprouts, sage, scallions. 

Greenhouse News 

In a follow up to last weeks news of [Hilltop Hanover Farm]s damaged greenhouse, they have received estimates and work is expected to begin soon.
