Both eateries are now open in Jefferson Valley Mall’s Food Court.

Operating out of a 586 square-foot space, El Jalapeno Mexican Grill is a feast for appetites, with authentic Mexican cuisine designed to satisfy. Its menu features tacos, burritos, burrito bowls and salads with a choice of naturally raised steak, chicken, barbacoa and carnitas along with the freshest toppings of salsa, guacamole, beans and cheese. Special signature dishes include chicken margarita, jalapeno spring salad and chicken roll up. Making the experience fun for little ones, children can order a build-your-own taco kit and quesadillas, organic milk, juice and chips.

The eclectic and fresh made-to-order menu of Hudson Fare is already impressing diners at Jefferson Valley Mall. The 1,300 square-foot eatery boasts something for everyone, with sandwich selections of chicken, beef, turkey, pork, vegan and fish with a variety of savory ingredients and toppings like hickory smoked bacon, heirloom tomatoes, roasted eggplant and house-made mozzarella. Its salad offerings include an arugula blend, mesclun, Mediterranean mix and pasta. Diners can customize their own salads with selections of chick peas, walnuts, cranberries, goat cheese, baby Portobello mushrooms and more. A Smoothie menu offers fresh fruit and yogurt choices and juices pair hearth healthy vegetables with fruit for a unique flavor combination. Children have plenty of options as well with smaller versions of full-size signature sandwiches as well as staples chicken fingers, grilled cheese and fish sticks.
