Mr. Enea has spent three decades protecting the rights of seniors, the disabled and their families. His practice areas include elder law; Medicaid planning and applications; special needs planning; wills, trusts and estates; guardianships and estate litigation.
A strong leader in Westchester County’s legal community, Mr. Enea was named Westchester County’s Leading Elder Care Attorney at the 2013 Above the Bar Awards. He is president of the Westchester County Bar Foundation, past president of the Westchester County Bar Association and co-founder of its Elder Law Section. Mr. Enea is a member of the Council of Advanced Practitioners of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and is a past president of the organization’s New York Chapter.
