I agree that not all old buildings should be torn down, but I disagree about the Macy's and Sears structures at Nanuet Mall. I find them ugly as I do the entire Palisades Center Mall, But I am sure some people may find them attractive. If a building has some sort of architectural or historical value, I am all for restoring it. I don't believe that the Macy's or Sears buildings are worth keeping, in my opinion. These are outdated looking retail buildings, not historical or architecturally significant. For the same reason almost all retail centers get updated periodically, these should as well. Newer structures would actually be more efficient and safer as well, since they are built to current codes.

At least I use my real name Ben...and it isn't buzzkill..merely my opinion. SHow me proof that we will get the 'Shops at Nanuet'...when I see it actually happen, I will change my tune. For now I will sing this song and try to keep it in key.
