'Nuttin to It' Now Offers Breakfast Menu

The restaurant is located at 2013 Crompond Rd. in Yorktown Heights. It's open seven days a week and offers free wifi.

Rob Del Balzo, a Yorktown resident and caterer to the stars, has been focused on serving healthy food and encouraging families to eat together more often by not spending time to cook the meals themselves.

He opened his new restaurant – Nuttin To It! Express Cuisine and Catering – last August in Yorktown.

Now, he has expanded to offer a full breakfast menu – served until 11 a.m.

Some of the items on the menu include: Design Your Own Buttermilk Pancakes – blended with a choice of two flavors from strawberry, blueberry, banana, red rasberry, cherry, passion fruit, mango, peach, pear, green apple, peanut butter, chocolate chips.

You can also get Brioche French Toast (made with think cut sweet broiche bread, add bacon, sausage or maple ham), Huevos Rancheros (two eggs, black bean, cheddar cheese, homemade salsa and sour cream served on a fried flour tortilla, served with spicy sausage and tortilla points), and Make Your Own Omelet (your choice of cheese, vegetables, bacon, ham or sausage, served with regular or sweet potato homefries and tortilla points, egg whites are also available) among others.

Nuttin To It! Express Cuisine and Catering is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, eat in or take out. It provides full-service catering, which includes food and drinks, tents, linens, and wait service for house parties, company events, family gatherings, film sets, and day care centers.
