New Real Estate Office Opens in Yorktown
Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty opens office in Yorktown.
The real estate company, Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty, has opened two new sales and marketing offices in Somers and Yorktown. More than 20 new sales professionals in Northern Westchester have been hired, according to a press release.
Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty now has 11 offices throughout the county. Matt Vanacoro will be the manager at the Yorktown Heights office, located at 354 Downing Drive, Yorktown Heights. The grand opening is planned for June 14.
"We are confident that the Northern Westchester real estate market is poised for recovery and we are committed to a regionalization strategy of continued growth in Northern Westchester," said Joe Monaco, Regional Vice President, in this press release. "Our new locations will enable Better Homes and Rand Realty to effectively serve all of Northern Westchester and Putnam counties."
