Westchester/Putnam Quarterly Report ending September 30, 2013

In the third quarter (consisting of late summer and early fall 2013), the Northern Westchester real estate market remains “red hot” with offers; multiple offers and accepted offers that are close to asking and over asking price.  A key factor that is instrumental to this occurrence is a continued low inventory of houses for sale.
