Valentine's Day Swing Dance and Concert in Yorktown

The annual Yorktown High School Bands' Valentine's Day Swing Dance will be held on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the high school gymnasium.

Everyone throughout the community is welcome to come to the annual Bands' Valentine’s Day Swing Dance on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the high school gymnasium. 

The evening will begin with a one hour swing dance lesson for beginners, from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. provided by professional swing dancers Paolo Lanna and Lauren Bova. Music and dancing will continue from 8 to 10 p.m. with live music provided by the high school bands.

This is wonderful opportunity for fun while supporting the high school music program. A dessert buffet will be provided, and there will be a raffle for door prizes. Swing attire is encouraged. 

Admission is $8 for adults, $5 for students/senior citizens.
