Residents gathered to learn about housing options and challenges, services for seniors who need to stay in the community.
The Yorktown Community Housing Board sponsored a "Housing for All Ages" forum on Wednesday in the Nutrition Center at the .
Speakers included Monsignor Dermot Brennan on housing and families; Executive Director of the Center for Aging in Place Laura Traynor on housing and services to help aging seniors stay in the community; and Walter Sadowski, Manager of Home Quest Realty and Educational Chair of the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors on the housing options and challenges for young singles and families just starting out.
