Muscoot Farm Pumpkin Patch Opens to Public
With hundreds to choose from, finding just the right pumpkin will take some time.
Muscoot Farm in Somers opened its pumpkin patch to the public Saturday, kicking off the Halloween season at the farm. The glorious weather was the perfect backdrop for anyone picking pumpkins to carve, paint or make into pie.
The annual Pumpkin Pickin' event is the only fund-raiser for The Friends of Muscoot Farm and all proceeds go to the The event continues through Monday between noon and 3 p.m. Hayrides to the pumpkin fields cost $2 per person and the farm is open to walk through.
