Frehley, Former KISS Rocker, Fights Foreclosure on Yorktown Home

Former rock star Ace Frehley, whose real name is Paul Frehley, is fighting a foreclosure action on his Yorktown home, according to an article in the Journal News

Although he has paid overdue property taxes on his home at 1347 Spring Valley Road, he is facing a June 11 foreclosure conference at the Westchester County Court in White Plains, the paper reported.

In February, U.S. Bank National Association claimed that on March 1, 2011, Frehley stopped making payments on his $735,000 mortgage. The former member of the rock group KISS had an outstanding principal of $703,581.48, according to an article in the Journal News

Frehley owns two other properties in town – a home at 1363 Spring Valley Road and a vacant lot – according to the Yorktown Tax Receiver’s Office. On the 1363 Spring Valley Road home, the man owes a total of $22,437.97 including 2011, 2012 liens and 2013 county and town taxes. He owes $6,973.13 on the vacant lot.

Yorktown Tax Receiver’s Office told Patch that the bank is all up to date on the 1347 Spring Valley Road home, including the 2013 county, tax and school taxes.
