Boy Scout Troop 911 Sings Christmas Carols at Country House

Danny Murphy, a son of resident Margaret Murphy, gave members of Troop 911 FDNY hats as a way of saying thanks for singing.

Boy Scout Troop 911 sang Christmas carols with the residents of Country House on Monday.

Danny Murphy, a son of resident Margaret Murphy, wanted to give Troop 911 FDNY hats to say thanks for singing. He is the Manhattan Trustee of the the uniform firefighters of New York City and was downtown on Sept. 11, 2001.

The troop lent him a 9-11 cap for the photo.
