Yorktown Heights native Mark C. Fang has been named to the Board of Directors of the Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center, a not-for-profit organization serving Westchester, Fairfield and Putnam counties. Mr. Fang, a practicing attorney, is the executive director of the Westchester County Human Rights Commission.
“Mr. Fang’s experience and commitment to equality and human rights will make him a tremendous asset to the Holocaust & Human Rights Education Center,” says Millie Jasper, HHREC executive director.
Mr. Fang serves as a Judge Advocate General (JAG), with the rank of major in the U.S. Army Reserves, and has trained soldiers on the Army’s Equal Opportunity Program. He is a Phi Betta Kappa graduate of Tufts University and earned a law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. He is a former board member of the Westchester Chapter of the Organization of Chinese Americans.

Mr. Fang is a graduate of Yorktown High School and is originally from Yorktown Heights.
