Teachers got high marks from Mahopac High School Spanish Club and Spanish National Honor Society members recently in a teacher-recognition ceremony in the school’s library media center.
Twenty-five teachers, from science to math to music and athletics, were nominated for recognition and
presented with awards.
“Teachers can really make a difference,” a student presenter said. “These teachers were always available,
willing to help and motivate us to study. They inspired students to strive toward perfection. They really want to see us succeed.”
