ArtBeat - Call For Artists

Are you an aspiring or established artist that would like to display or sell or your work? Art Season opens in the Village of Brewster on Saturday, May 5th.

ArtBeat is a sidewalk art show/sale that is held on the first Saturday of every month, beginning on May 5. The event is sponsored by T.

If you are interested in displaying your work, please contact Bob at 845-278-0018, or send an email to bob@thebowlcompany.com. Show dates are May 5, June 2, July 7 and August 4.

Artists that commit to two of the four dates will be allowed to show and sell your work at Founders Day and the Village of Brewster Film Festival!

First of all, I don't understand why teachers are paying for anything out of pocket when the supply…Read More lists that parents receive at the end of the summer are as long as their arms. Secondly, SOCIETY lets the kids down?!?!? I think the school taxes in Yorktown should be sufficient so that the teachers don't have to pay any out-of-pocket expenses. SOCIETY does not let the kids down, it is those who are in control of the school tax monies who let the kids down. Perhaps the administrators should take salary cuts, or maybe we should even eliminate some of those administrative positions. No teacher should have to pay for supplies out of pocket.
